Donna and Doug started their company in 2002 with a passion to make the best chocolates available. To learn their craft, they had attended several classes, endless seminars, and have read books on the art of making european style artisan chocolates. Doug has received the honor of supplying recipes to Barry-Callebaut Chocolates. At the 2014 January Philadelphia Candy Show he was an instructor for European Style Chocolates.
